Virginia General Power of Attorney Form - Allows an individual (called the "Principal" or "Grantor") to authorize someone else (called the "Attorney-in-fact" or "Agent") to act on his or her behalf. This Virginia General Power of Attorney document becomes effective immediately upon signing and stays in effect until the death of the Grantor or if the Grantor later becomes disabled or incapacitated.
